COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motors HD30P2E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the HMT331 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DG4V32CMFTWLB660 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U5P2D by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Van-Dorn Brand PC330081 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motors such as WDS32P2AFCR equipment made by Us-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AD05V4B3N made by Volkmann as well as the popular UNBSU006681524108124 original spares produced by Vevor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5643V12 by Vipa and WDS32P2AFCR spares by Us-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
